Hey, we just started using personas... Product Management is very
excited, and I have to admit the approach looks interesting, a way to
solidify what exactly we're doing, and for whom. The only problem is
that right now we have about 50 of them! They were developed here by a
business analyst with extensive experience in the domain where our
company operates, with input from others in position to know. I'm hoping
to someday find out which of them I should be writing for. I just hope I
don't need to do 50 manuals. :-)
