But John. Those that don't learn will weed themselves out of the profession. And
those that do continually learn and develop will resent some 'higher power'
declaring the correct subject matter they need to learn and manner in which to
learn it.

I challenge you to name one skill that is universally needed at a specific level
AND that isn't offered by another association as either training or
certification.
