WIKI? From what you wrote, TWiki may work for you. The

I'm beginning to think it's possible I'm trying to
find technology that
doesn't exist. I've received some great suggestions I
can pass on to the
tech group for various free software packages, but I'm
not sure the software
will create the "documentation" that the client needs
(ala what's above). If
so, someone tell me to keep writing.
