I am pleased to announce that a new edition of
_Read Me First! A Style Guide for the Computer Industry_,
will debut at the STC Conference in Dallas May 18 - 21.
The book will be on sale at the STC conference bookstore.
_Read Me First!_ is based on the award-winning Sun
Microsystems style guide but it has been revised, and
new material added, to be useful for people writing
technical documentation on all platforms.
(That site is not yet set up for pre-ordering -- you
didn't hear it from me but the book is also available
through Amazon...)
Highlights of the new edition include:
