Don't use Save As to create PDFs in any version of FM prior to 7.0. Check
the FrameUsers.com mailing list archives for "save as PDF" -- you'll find
about a bazillion messages detailing problems with this workflow and urging
people to use File > Print and explicitly choose the Distiller printer
instance (created from the Distiller PPD). Also, Distiller 4.0 had some
problems that the 4.05 bugfix/update addresses.
