Help for robohelp

Hi All,
I have a problem of  viewing my online help compiled
in Webhelp3 in Netscape Navigator7 browser.

The problem is I cannot view the table of
contents,index and search tabs on the right side of
the browser after Running It with Netscape
Navigator.The contents,index and search pane is there
but the books are not displayed here,in index tab it
is telling that loading index data and in search it is
telling loading search data. I am using Robohelp
Office 2000.

Do i need to download any java plugins for this or for
displaying this. Can anybody suggest any easy way for
solving this problem. You can answer me directly on

I need a urgent solution for this problem.
