I received the solution from you-guys within 3 minutes of asking....and the
silly thing is that all it took was a URL back to Adobe's own web site.

My question is no longer how to do it..it's now how do those who should care
from within the company make it possible for entities such as GS to fill a
gap created by themselves through nearsighted policy, caused by their hunger
for $39.00. 

Is business that bad?
