If you, or a developer, has access to the Pocket PC SDK, the best
way to do it is run the emulator and capture your screen shots on
the PC.

This is what I do for the Palm and the iPaq. With the Palm, you can
run the emulator "stand alone". I think with CE, you must have the
SDK installed. Since I don't want that potentially wreaking havoc on
my machine, I just ask the developer to provide the ones I need.
Luckily, he is more than happy to oblige (I think he appreciates the
diversion...).
