First, a couple of corrections:

- There is no such thing as Linux Ver 8.0. You are probably referring to a version number for a distribution, such as Red Hat.

- QT is a library, specifically used for creating GUIs.
Neither has any effect on help formats.

As for the answer to your question, if you stop and think for a moment, you should be able to realize the answer. RoboHelp is designed for developing Windows HTML help. Linux isn't Windows. Therefore, RoboHelp is not going to be much use for a Linux application.

RoboHelp might be useful as a project manager for producing general HTML files, but it would be inconvenient; you'd either need another computer, or else a Windows emulator such as vmware to run it on your Linux desktop.

If you look around, you'll find a number of Linux applications for managing HTML projects, such as Screem. My advice is that you use one of those instead.
