Thanks, Keith! I already had Deborah Kluge's stuff on my list, but proposal-l is a terrific archive. Since it's been closed for years and is being hosted by the good graces of crosslink.net, I decided to download the whole site using HTTrack Website Copier, in case the whole thing disappears someday.
