I CAN print it to file. I can create a PS from it. I just cannot redistill
the PS back to a PDF, which prevents me from incorporating into a RunFile
command.
If I try to redistill the PS, I get the following:
This PostScript file was created from an encrypted PDF file.
Redistilling encrypted PDF is not permitted.

me jump in here, anyway.
You cannot print a PDF "to file" if it is protected. The PDF is encrypted
and unless you illegally crack it, you just have to accept the restrictions.
