Well, I think you need to re-read Andrew's and others'
posts. I know you're miffed about getting paid late,
but you can't expect to maintain a good business
releationship by exercising more extreme options this
early in your contract with so little time lapse
between when you should have been paid and when you do
get paid. They specifically told you that the check
went out on Friday. What if the drop box pickup time
was earlier than the time they dropped the check off?
And the box isn't tended to on weekends? Really, show
some good faith. They told you it went out. Give it a
few days. By not doing so, you may be in the right as
your payment *is* a little late, but don't expect a
smooth business relationship if you decide to withhold
work or slander the company.
