This type of prospective development is possibly a
sign of entrepreneurial activity finally waking up.

Or it might just mirror the latest US economic
realignment (investors have money, customers don't).

But in general the TWs don't start getting hired until
the paying customers show up in droves and inform
management that docs will be required.
