Along the lines of "I know you asked for a book, but..." I
found a great little (and free!) css editor -- actually, it
installed with something that came from Macromedia, I think.
Takes all the pain out of creating the css so you can spend
more time learing to use it. Go to

for the free download -- and no, I don't have any vested
interest in the product, it's just a cool tool.
