Visio has the VB editor. You're going to have to create predefined processes
for each tool, then macro this out into some type of wizard that will call
the templates and populate variable inserts.

With what you have as far as tools, nothing will do this "out of the box",
unless Demoshield will do it...that's the only application I'm not up to
speed on.
