Darren,

We use a homemade system, using ASP against a SQL Server database. I'm sure you
could do something in whatever flavor of site you have, so long as you have a
database behind it. It's a fairly straightforward thing to do on your own
without spending thousands of dollars on enterprise-scale tools.
