Ok, here's the synopsis... I'm working on a user manual in Microsoft Word
using an Information Mapping template. There are many screen captures
included in the user manual and most of them have transparent scroll bars,
when printed, but the screen capture looks fine on screen.

I pressed [PRINT SCREEN], then pasted the print screen into Adobe
Photoshop 5.5 (I work at a non-profit, it's all we have), cropped the
screen capture, then saved it as a JPG. This manual is only going to be
printed, not used for the web. If I save the screen captures into a
different file format, will this problem go away? What format would your
recommend for print documents when using mainly screen captures? Is there
a quick fix to this?

I may be starting a new job in the very near future at a different
organization, so any quick fixes for this would be of great help! Thanks!
