Hmmm, good point--looking up instrument container on page 56, and just
finding stuff about toolboxes could be confusing.

That there'd be yer high-tech version of "tickety-boo":

Highlight the words in the text and click "Mark Index Entry"; insert
cursor and click "Insert Index" and clickety-boo, there's your index.
