TechWhirl (TECHWR-L) is a resource for technical writing and technical communications professionals of all experience levels and in all industries to share their experiences and acquire information.
For two decades, technical communicators have turned to TechWhirl to ask and answer questions about the always-changing world of technical communications, such as tools, skills, career paths, methodologies, and emerging industries. The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
SAP SolMgr helps you implement, monitor, operate and support your SAP solution. To what degree that supports documentation management I am not currently certain.
Another possibility for document management is SAP Knowledge Warehouse, which we use in our group. I can't find a public page about it, though. It's available as a component of other solutions (SRM, Financials, etc.), but I don't know if it's sold separately from these solutions. You may want to contact a nearby sales office for more info on SAP KW:
