The copyright notice and all other legal information pertaining to the
company names and product names used in the document can be included in
an introductory page placed after the title page. You can give an
appropriate title to this page according the types of information
included on the page.

Use either title case or sentence case for headings and capitalize the
words following the common rules of capitalization. But follow any one of
these title formats consistently in the document. To prove your points to
the "most vocal members" of your team, you can cite the capitalization
guidelines in style manuals like MS Manual of Style or Chicago Manual of
Style. For example, the MS Manual of Style says "Never use all uppercase
letters for emphasis." For a comprehensive set of capitalization
guidelines, refer the "Capitalization" section in any of these manuals.
