Hi,

Can you modify the target page which will process the parameter you pass on to
it?
Can you, furthermore, assume that JavaScript is enabled?

Then you could try something like page -dot- php?type=unix -at- topic1 -dot-
Let your parameter processing script parse the extended parameter at the @
position and redirect to the anchor position.
