RoboHelp's WTHC and FoxPro (Was: Particpating in interface design?)

Hi There,

A colleague of mine has been trying to point RoboHelp's WTHC to the
executable of an app developed in Visual Foxpro. The WTHC tells me there are
no dialogs in the application -- but the application has literally hundreds
of dialogs.

We've done a bit of research, and apparently you *can* implement What's This
help in a FoxPro app. Before I go and talk to the developers, can anyone
suggest reasons why the WTHC doesn't want to help?
