Gang,
I've spent _hours_ thrashing through various resources,
and seem to have just headed into circles.

Could someone point me to an accurate resource that
describes:
Which packages/software/etc. I need to use the full
suite of Unix-based SGML documentation tools.
For the sake of argument, let's assume I want to
write in SGML, using either vi or Lyx, on Linux,
and publish HTML/PDF/Postscript as though it were
going to be on the tldp.org site.
Where stuff like the DSSSL style sheets should be.
What needs to happen to make it all work.

I can't help but to think that _someone_ has a
straightforward set of instructions, but I can't
find one. (The LDP Author's Guide isn't particularly
accurate/up to date, and nothing else I've found
seems to work.

(For a variety of non-related reasons, I'd really prefer
to deal w/ RPM packages that are SuSE 8.1 compatible...
I can build my own, but would rather not.)

Any pointers?
Thanks,
Eric
