Two people referred her to the website. However, there's a faster and easier way 
to do it, especially for those of us who have trouble remembering our login 
information, or have a slow connection, or belong to a lot of lists. Send an

When you get back, send another message to the same address, this time with the 
text

set techwr-l mail 

I have a whole collection of these set up for various lists. When I go away, I 
just send off the emails... no need to laboriously go to each list and make the 
changes.
