Word 2k on WinXP

I happen to notice...

If you click File>Properties>Statistics (tab), there is a line that indicates Revision #. Since I know I did not assign a revision number to the particular document that I am working on, Word must have.

Anyone have any evidence on how Word assigns this revision number? Is it just when the document was opened, edited, and saved? That seems a little too simple.

Happy Friday,

justin

(Oh yeah, vive le semicolon!)
