Huh? I really don't get it. You do have a free will,
don't you? Or do they flog you to keep the pace
constant?

But HOW did you go about it? There are productive
means and then there are destructive means.

There's a difference between showcasing expertise and
engaging in a pissing war.

I worked for a non-writer who thought he was the Lord
over all he surveyed. Didn't change my drive or
initiative though. I've always walked the "bet
corporate interest" line, and in the end, I've always
won out over my competition.

You gotta keep business in perspective.
