It may refer to an old edition, but there's no better book to get inside
Word than "The Hacker's Guide to Word for Windows." Yes it's a lot about
WordBasic, yes, it doesn't cover many newer features. But there's no book
I've ever seen that strips the veneer off of what is Word and lays it bare
for you to see.

Plus, many of the problems that Word had then are still in current versions.
And many of the solutions will work in current versions.

Then go to www.wopr.com. Read the past issues of Woody's Office Watch.

Then check out the other books by Woody Leonhard.
