No, it isn't. It's saying "I know _where_ to _find_ the answer." I doubt
that even the amazing Goober can tell you the details of all the MS EULAs
off the top of his head.

So, you're declaring that your "need" entitles you to do whatever you want
with the software, "regardless of WHAT the EULA says" -- then why were you
asking in the first place? Idle curiosity?
If you don't "believe in" EULAs and don't intend to abide by them, then it
doesn't matter what they say, does it?
You might want to refrain from declaring your intentions in a public forum,
though.
