I strongly, strongly recommend OmniGraffle
(http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omnigraffle/) for Mac OS X. Man,
it's reason enough to get a Mac! The ability to so easily create diagrams,
process flows, and information architecture sketches is unreal.

Unfortunately for Windows users, it's not available. But if you're using a
Mac, you really oughta check it out.
