Do yourself a favor and do one of the following:

1. Ditch RoboHelp and get WebWorks Publisher
Professional.

2. Ditch WebWork Standard and get RoboHelp for
FrameMaker.

Your process right now is very convoluted and will end
up wasting time. Right tool for the job, and all that.
