Well, you can put the date in Excel using =TODAY()+2, save that file, and
create a link to the file object in Word. You have to update the link in
Word every time you want the date to be updated. A pain, but it doesn't use
VB in the Word file.

two days in the future? For security reasons, I'd like a solution that
