Hi all,

I need to document the bugs and features covered in a service pack. In our
organization, we document based on the Service Request (SR) filed by the
software engineers for a particular patch.

For service pack documentation, what is the tone/language to be followed.
Are there are standards for the same. Also, I would be thankful if you
could provide some useful URL for references.

Thanks.
