Well this topic is now seriously off-topic.
Would you believe, that at Concordia University in Montreal the various
feminist/women's (although they preferred to be called womyn or wimmin to remove
the horrible inference of dependence on men in the traditional spelling) groups
actually were successful in lobbying the university to allow students to chose
whether they received a Masters degree or a Mistresses degree. :P
You also chose whether you'd receive a Bachelor's or a Baccalaureate. Because it
would seem bachelor is sexist and exclusionary to women (sorry, wimmin). :P
