OOo -> PDF?

Subject: OOo -> PDF?

Using OpenOffice.org's File > Export to PDF function, how do I build the TofC (bookmarks?) in the final PDF?

Is there a built-in workflow or do I have to output to PS and then use distiller (or some version thereof)?

Thanks
John
