Does anyone have advice on phone interviews? I have been in management
and seen both ends of a FTF interview, but a phone interview makes me a
bit nervous. Should I treat it any differently than a normal interview?
Or should I just keep it simple and not worry? Any advice would be
appreciated."

I have gone through two rounds of telephone interviews with two
companies, probably a total of 8 between the two. The best advice I can
give is to dress up as if you were meeting face-to-face and to have your
cover letter, resume, examples, etc. in front you. I am not sure what
others think, but I would also recommend using an earpiece so to keep
your hands free and avoid cradling the phone between your chin and
shoulder.
