Yes, but not in resumes. That information I put in cover letters, specific
to the company where I'm applying.

To me, that's what the headhunting company's representative is supposed to
do: tell the company what the prospective contractor or employee can do for
them, sell them as it were. Sounds like the HHC's rep is trying to get your
friend to do their job.
