Holidays, deadlines, competing egos... stress builds
in all forms.

Please remember this:

An expressed opinion contrary to yours is not a flame,
or an enticement for a potential flame war. Responding
directly to another's post with contradictions is not
an attack. But, it can turn ugly if 1) we form our
words as an attack, and 2) we respond attackingly to
something we perceive to be an attack.

No one person is responsible for these nasty e-mails.
It's a sign of poor communication, and as you know,
successful communication requires success on both the
transmitter side and the receiver side.

Can we please put the nastiness aside and treat the
discussion, to matter how detailed or forceful the
messages therein, as a discussion?
