I don't accept such "assignments". In fact, I don't
accept any. I create them. Sure, people come to me
with what they want, but I always do a thorough
cross-examination and then lead the discussion on what
will ultimately be delivered. Only in cases where I
pick things up mid-stream do I run with the 2nd storey
assignment, but not until at least the skeletal
framing is done on the 1st storey.
