I would tend to agree. How many tech products have I bought during my over
three decades of masquerading as an adult only to be frustrated up to the
eyeballs with how little the accompanying manuals actually helps in my
conquering the features and functions of the software/tech gadget. I have just started a new job doing technical writing for a website. I've
never done tech writing before. If someone was to name the top 3-10 things that make for a GOOD tech writer,
what would they be? I am green, feel like I have on a new pair of ice-skates
and weak ankles, but, I do want to succeed. Thanks!
