Actually, I think it does. Most of these tools are
already bloated with features added because their
manufacturers thought there was someone who'd want
them. For PS to recognize banned content, it has to
be scanning and analyzing *everything* you create or
open with it, adding even more overhead to the program.
Even ignoring the censorship issue, the heading of the
forum thread was "no wonder it's so slow."
