In the Find box search for

'\sp\sp'

leave out the single-quotes and replace the sp with a space.

Using FM 6.0, a find and replace fails to find examples of a name which
includes two non-breaking spaces.

Can anyone help? I've tried cutting and pasting from the text into the
"find/replace" window, without success
