My last experiences in Italia and the U.K. let me to
believe that the 12-hour clock was still alive and
well. No? Actually, Paris, too, now that I think of
it.

Also, don't forget to check Google for such things.
For example, item #3 in a search for "military time"
is this: <http://www.spacearchive.info/military.htm>.
