Most of the business-related questions would have the same answers as any other free software.

However, a few brief comments on the others:

- Collaboration: The tools are similar to those in MS Office, but in different locations. If you already know how to use MS Office's tools, the learning time is perhaps 5 minutes.

- Integration with database data: OOo supports mySQL, postgres, Access, Adaba, Mozilla address books and Calc or Excel spreadsheets, as well as most SQL and Java databases. I'm just getting into the subject now, but, from my preliminary look, it's pretty versatile.

- Security: OOo Basic is secure because it only affects OOo. Security is by trusted paths, and you have the option of disabling any macros when you open a document. VSB is not supported. Currently, a bigger concern is the support for Java, Python, and build-your own XML filters. Although improvements are supposed to be coming later this year, I'd be in favor of caution with these. So far, there hasn't been any news of malicious code, but, it's just a matter of time.

Anyway, thanks for the three suggestions. They are definitely on my list.
