Regular Google web search. However, you are right, they seem to come
from the archives. Example, enter the term "John Posada" with quotes.

An important question here is -- do you mean the posts show up when you
do a *general search of the whole web* or when you do a *newsgroup
search*?  If they only show up when you do a newsgroup search, that
might be a special case of a "newsgroup spider" doing its thing.

Furthermore, even if our posts do show up in a general search, that may
be because they end up in the archives on the TECHWR-L website -- and
I'm sure Eric has submitted &that& to a search engine.
