She may be talking about my suggestion to use the Three Mile Island
memo. But if that's the case, the lesson would be about:

(1) Recognizing how *not* to write a memo that involves life or death
consequences.
(2) Writing a memo that would convey the necessary information about
the dire results of ignoring that very memo.
