I would create a series of cross-functional, self-guiding teams who use
their inherent synergy to proactively leverage the knowledge assets, thereby
creating a knowledge organization that can nimbly proact to changes in
market direction, creating value for the company by diminishing the cost
burden of the organization while enhancing shareholder value.
