Regardless of screen capture method, there are two reasons why I always
capture screens with a solid title bar and not a color gradient:
* In many cases, you can reduce to 16 colors without distortion.
* In my opinion, the gradient can be a distraction to some users.
To set the title bar to solid colors (in Windows 2000):
1. Select Start|Settings|Control Panel|Display.
2. In the Appearance tab, click Advanced.
3. In the Item field, select Active Title Bar.
4. Define Color and Color 2 to be the same color.
