My second reaction to this was that Andrew's interview technique is a
legitimate way of learning about a job candidate. If you can keep your cool
in a tense interview situation, think about the question asked, and answer
in a manner that is honest, useful, and positive, then you're more likely to
react the same way in a tense *work* situation (deadlines, bugs, etc.).

[My first reaction was that alien body-snatchers have replaced Andrew Plato
with a kinder, gentler version.]
