MS Word Headers/Footers Default

Let's say I view an MS Word document that
has black text for body text and also black text
for headers and footers.
On my monitor, the headers
and footers typically look grey instead
of black. The exception
is when I choose "View>Header and Footer". In
this case the headers and footers look black and the
rest of the document looks grey.

A client has asked me if this can be changed.
This client wants to view the document online and
have the headers and
footers and the body ALL look black.

Any ideas? If yes, please email me at eisbruchs -at- aol -dot- com
in addition to posting to the digest.

Thanks very much,
Emily Eisbruch
