Whirlers,
I need to create a CD label for a software disc. I have
located plenty of specs online, and I've even found the
"Compact Disc" logo graphics, so no problem there.

The question is, do I have to use the "Compact Disc" logo?
The last time I did this, I had to, if I remember correctly.
But now I'm looking at CDs from Adobe and Sun and MS, and
they don't use the logo. What's up? Has this requirement
gone away??? Anybody know the scoop?

Thanks bunches!
